Published Platform Footprint
A platform list is not a territory list. A broad search result cannot prove that two countries have the same purchase availability.
Checking a Local Storefront
If one account cannot find the game, inspect the local platform storefront. Its currency, edition list, age gate, and purchase controls document that account's present situation. Save those details for platform support instead of using another territory's listing as proof.
