The Date Is Confirmed; the Hour Is Not
A date can be shared across platforms even when store entitlements activate differently, so an hour copied from one region should not be presented as the worldwide release time.
Why the Key Art Cannot Set a Clock
It is useful release branding because it identifies the product and its ensemble, but it contains no calendar, clock, UTC offset, platform badge, territory selector, or countdown.
A trailer premiere time would not solve the problem either. Video publishing schedules describe when marketing appeared, not when a purchased license becomes playable.
What to Check on the Actual Account
Use the product page or library entry for the purchased platform and signed-in account region.
Record the displayed date, hour, and time zone together. If a store shows only August 27, preserve the missing hour rather than silently interpreting it as 00:00. Preload completion also does not prove that the play button has unlocked.
PC, PlayStation, and Xbox information should remain separate until their own listings agree. Any later schedule can replace this limited answer platform by platform without pretending that one store governs the others.
