Public Demo Check
It does not describe a public demo, trial period, open playtest, or downloadable sample.
There is no store interface, download button, trial badge, account screen, or countdown in the composition.
A Trailer Is Not Hands-On Access
It cannot reproduce input latency, mouse and controller feel, menu navigation, text readability, accessibility settings, or frame pacing on the viewer's machine. Those are precisely the questions many players hope a demo will answer.
A video description would need to direct ordinary players to a named demo, trial, or playtest before it could support an access claim.
Do not infer a hidden trial from the presence of a trailer, a pre-order button, or footage captured before launch. Marketing access and customer access are different arrangements, even when both show the same game.
What Would Confirm a Demo
The same notice should identify the eligible platform and region, because availability on one store would not automatically extend to every release platform.
A complete notice may also state when access starts and ends, whether progress carries into the purchased game, and whether an account or subscription is required.
A storefront's ordinary purchase and refund conditions are separate policies; their existence does not turn the full game into a demo.
