It displays "tbd," says a Metascore becomes available after four critic reviews, and says user reviews are not available yet. The visible dated excerpts are labeled hands-on impressions, so their presence should not be mistaken for a finished aggregate.

Current Metacritic Display

At the time of this check, the title page identifies an August 27, 2026 release and lists PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X. Its score fields remain uncalculated: the Metascore is "tbd" with a four-critic-review threshold notice, and the user area reports that reviews are not yet available.

Below those fields, Metacritic surfaces excerpts dated August 11 and 12. The visible items describe themselves as Hands-On Impressions, Initial Hands-On, or another preview label, and their score column is also "tbd." They are useful links to early coverage, but they do not create a numeric consensus merely by appearing on the aggregator page.

A blue-faced operator fires from dark cover while a bright muzzle flash and smoke obscure the center; dome structures and an enemy health bar sit in the distance. There is no critic count, platform tab, score tile, outlet list, or update timestamp in the frame, so it cannot preserve the aggregator's changing state.

A Listing Is Not Yet an Aggregate

Metacritic can maintain a title page before it has enough eligible scored reviews to calculate a Metascore. In that state, "tbd" means there is no displayed number to quote. It does not mean zero, and it should not be replaced by an average invented from preview excerpts.

Critic and user fields also answer different questions. The critic field summarizes eligible professional reviews once the site's threshold and processing rules are met; the user field depends on user ratings becoming available. A missing value in one cannot be filled with the other.

Platform labels remain part of any later result. The current detail block names three platform families, while the visible preview links are marked PC. If Metacritic later exposes separate PC, PS5, or Xbox aggregates, a number must travel with its platform and review count rather than being presented as one universal score.

How to Recheck the Number

Open several included reviews to confirm that they are final assessments rather than hands-on pieces whose excerpts happen to be visible on the same page.

For user reception, note the user-score value and rating count separately. A very early average can move sharply when only a small number of ratings exist, and review bombing or selection effects cannot be diagnosed from the headline number alone.

No original-channel trailer or creator video can freeze this live database. Until that page replaces "tbd" with a number, this guide reports the aggregator as pending rather than predicting where it will land.
