Preorder Offer
A qualifying preorder includes the Crystalline Astromech Cosmetic Pack under the stated conditions.
The offer expires when the product releases, so the purchase must qualify during the preorder window. A later redemption deadline for an eligible code does not extend the period in which a new order earns the reward.
Zero Company character key art fills the left panel; the right panel says "Pre-Order Now and Receive" and labels the Crystalline Astromech Cosmetic Pack above four separately framed droids in green-and-white, blue, gold, and red-and-white finishes. It directly visualizes the advertised pack and its preorder association, but cannot establish character statistics, participating sellers, account eligibility, delivery method, redemption timing, or fulfillment.
The video itself demonstrates gameplay presentation; written offer terms remain the authority for eligibility and fulfillment.
Preordering secures the selected license under the seller's terms and may add the named cosmetic pack. It does not create unlisted missions, combat bonuses, subscription access, or a playable head start.
Qualifying Cosmetic
The Crystalline Astromech pack includes the R3 droid and translucent crystalline heads for R4 and R5 droid variants plus BR-1. These are cosmetic droid appearances, not a stated tactical upgrade.
The preorder pack is separate from Deluxe. Standard and Deluxe orders can be evaluated against the qualifying offer shown by the chosen seller; Deluxe also has its own Republic, Shadow Collective, and painted-weapon cosmetics.
Do not count adjacent Deluxe artwork as additional preorder inventory. A store page can show several offers together, but pack headings and transaction text determine which items belong to each entitlement.
All content is associated with applicable account and platform conditions. A code or entitlement for one ecosystem or region should not be assumed transferable to another account, store, or console family.
Value the reward by whether those droid appearances matter.
Store Terms
Platform, region, edition, price, payment, cancellation, and delivery belong to the store completing the order.
Digital preorders may automatically receive applicable content, while physical or retailer orders can require a code sent on a receipt or by email. Consult the seller for distribution timing rather than assuming the code is inside every box.
Participating retailer is a real limitation. The existence of a game listing at a marketplace does not prove that the seller participates or that its key carries the preorder reward.
Regional rules can change currency, tax, age eligibility, language notices, and whether the promotion is offered. An en-US transaction should not be presented as universal terms for every country.
Keep a copy of the cart, receipt, edition, seller, and offer wording. If fulfillment fails, those records show whether the purchase qualified more clearly than a general marketing image.
If a retailer cancels or changes the order, verify whether a replacement transaction still falls inside the qualifying window.
Preorder Decision
If neither requires advance commitment, waiting for release information may have more value.
Preorder when the named reward, current price, seller terms, and confidence in the announced game justify paying before reviews of the shipped build. Do not preorder for rumored extras or an assumed review score.
Compare cancellation and refund rules before committing. A platform's current policy, payment timing, and the consumption or redemption of bonus content can affect the available remedy; this guide does not substitute one store's policy for another.
Physical buyers should include delivery uncertainty in the decision.
A day-one license is not the same as early access. Unless the checkout explicitly states a playable date before August 27, preorder and Deluxe labels should not be translated into a head start.
Preorder Boundaries
The promotion has no universal price or fulfillment method. Digital entitlement, physical code, seller communication, platform account, and territory can produce different steps while still referring to the same named reward.
The terms describe no cash value and restrict substitution, exchange, or sale of the promotional content.
Redemption timing matters for code-based delivery. Preserve the deadline stated in the applicable terms and redeem through the correct account; an eligible purchase can still fail operationally if a code expires or is used elsewhere.
No video, screenshot, thumbnail, or retailer title overrides the written offer.
Early access, extra gameplay, identical regional availability, and one universal delivery path are not confirmed.
