The preorder provisions say the Crystalline Astromech bonus for a physical product requires a code supplied on a receipt or by email, with distribution details left to the retailer. This tells buyers how the bonus may be delivered; it does not say whether the base game itself is pressed on a disc, supplied as a download code, or split between media and a required download.
It has no PS5 or Xbox case, disc, code card, retail barcode, region mark, age-rating panel, seal, spine, rear cover, or package dimensions. A piece of key art can later appear on a box, but this file is not a photographed or rendered physical SKU.
The Missing Retail Layer
'Participating retailers' does not identify which shops participate in a particular country. A buyer still needs a live local product page.
Edition and platform must be matched at SKU level. A Standard PS5 box, Deluxe PS5 box, Standard Xbox box, and Deluxe Xbox box would be different offers even if the front art were similar.
It does not document a PC retail box or physical PC media. The existence of packaged console terms should not be extended to a boxed Steam edition.
Read the Box Listing Before Ordering
Confirm the platform, edition, region, and whether the base game is on disc or delivered by code. Then separate the game medium from any preorder-bonus code, note internet and account requirements, and check whether the seller promises delivery, pickup, or only an estimated dispatch date.
Price, tax, shipping, cancellation, returns, damaged-package handling, and code replacement belong to the retailer transaction.
Gameplay and edition trailers cannot verify the physical object a customer will receive, so there is no suitable physical-copy video embed.
