Quick take
- Tel-Rea is a Tognath Jedi Padawan.
- Tognath is absent from the eight published custom-Operator species.
What is confirmed
Tel-Rea Vokoss is the game's named Tognath Jedi Padawan. Separately, StarWars.com lists eight species for Hawks and hired Operators: Devaronian, Human, Neimoidian, Ovissian, Togruta, Twi'lek, Weequay, and Zabrak. Tognath is not among that creator list.
The two statements answer different questions. Tel-Rea's species is part of an authored character biography. The eight listed species define the published choice set for Hawks and hired Operators.
No confirmed custom-Jedi race selector
That direct signal—not a character portrait—would justify changing the status.
- Tel-Rea: named Tognath Jedi Padawan
- Creator list: eight species; no Tognath
- Custom Jedi race selector: not confirmed
